The subject of the contract includes the performance of a service consisting in performing the function of a Substitute Investor for an investment task entitled: ‘Design and execution of construction works for research and teaching building H together with the extension of building G for the Tarnów Academy’ in the design and construction formula’, consisting in the provision of services related to the management, control, supervision and settlement of the execution of construction works, supplies and services. 2. Stages of contract implementation: Stage I: Preparation and conduct of the public procurement procedure, (b) Phase II: Supervising the work of the entity designing the subject of the contract, consulting and approving the proposed solutions in agreement with the Contracting Authority, c) stage III: Active participation of a team of supervising inspectors (with appropriate professional background and authorisation) in the execution of the construction works performed by the Contractor, (d) stage IV: Responsibilities of the Substitute Investor related to the final acceptance of the task together with obtaining a usage permit.
