‘Supply of construction structures, hardware and building materials and related products, auxiliary building materials for the needs of TP “SGS - Plovdiv”’, for a period of 24 months. The purpose of the contract is to ensure supply by purchasing hardware and construction materials and related products, auxiliary construction materials described in the Technical Specification – Annex 1, an integral part of this documentation. The contracting authority does not commit to a specific type and quantities of items specified in the Technical Specification - Annex No 1 of the tender documentation. The ordered by type and quantity items will depend on the needs of the Assignor. The contracting authority may order materials other than those specified in the Technical Specification, according to the official and up-to-date catalogue / list of products (annex to the Contract for performance of the public procurement) at unit prices and discount rate offered by the participant selected as contractor, according to the conditions for participation and his price offer. The contracting authority may order items other than those specified in the Technical Specification, in view of which, at the date of conclusion of the contract, the selected contractor must submit an official catalogue/list (in paper or electronic form) of other types of goods with a similar purpose to the subject of the order, offered by him with indicated unit prices for all excluding VAT current at the date of conclusion of the contract.
