Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie na rzecz Zamawiającego usług doradztwa w:
1) przeprowadzeniu procesu wyboru wykonawcy realizującego Projekt , oraz
2) zarządzaniu realizacją Projektu.
2. Przedmiot zamówienia świadczony będzie w podziale na:
1) Etap I – obsługa merytoryczna i doradztwo w zakresie prawnym w procesie udzielenia zamówienia publicznego na realizację Projektu,
2) Etap II – wsparcie w zakresie zarządzania realizacją Projektu.
3. Przedmiot zamówienia w zakresie szczegółowym określony został we wzorze umowy wraz z załącznikami, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
