Poland-Warsaw: Parks maintenance services

The purpose of this contract is to maintain the green of the Ursynów Park in the Birch Forest Park, the Mczydełko Park and the Pheasants’ Park.
In the contract in question, the contracting authority provided for the following three lots, hereinafter referred to as lots or tasks:
Task 1. Birch birch park
Target 2. Park Moczydełko
Target 3. Pheasanthouse Park
The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract shall specify:
Task 1: detailed description and technical standards of performance of the subject-matter of the contract constituting Annex 6a to the ToR, price form – Annex 2a to the ToR, model contract – Annex 5a to the ToR.
The contracting authority plans to use the value of the contract at a minimum of 90 %.
Task 2: detailed description and technical standards of performance of the subject-matter of the contract constituting Annex 6b to the ToR, price form – Annex 2b to the ToR, model contract – Annex 5b to the ToR.
The contracting authority plans to use the value of the contract at a minimum of 90 %.
Task 3: detailed description and technical standards for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract constituting Annex No 6c to the ToR, the price form – Annex 2c to the ToR, the model contract – Annex 5c to the ToR.
The contracting authority plans to use the value of the contract at a minimum of 90 %.
The contractor or subcontractor is obliged to employ task 1 and/or Task 2 and/or Task 3 respectively under an employment contract within the meaning of the Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2014, item 1502, as amended) or the relevant legislation of the Member State of the European Union or of the European Economic Area in which the Contractor or Subcontractor is established or resides on a full-time basis, with the principal task of performing cleaning and horticultural work during the period of performance of the contract, i.e. emptying the baskets, collecting pollutants, baking plant discounts, cutting shrubs.
The method for documenting the employment of the persons referred to above, the contracting authority’s powers to verify the Contractor’s compliance with the requirements referred to above and the penalties for non-compliance with these requirements are set out in the model contract, which is attached to Annexes 5(a) and/or 5(b) and/or 5(c) respectively to the ToR.
