Description

The procurement procedure used is the open call for tenders. The project consists of the extension and development of a building of the social antenna of Saint Laurent de la Salanque managed by the Department of Pyrénées-Orientales. This consultation concerns the relaunch of lots 01 - 02 - 03 - 07 - 11 - 12 and 13. The Departmental Council, with a view to promoting employment and combating exclusion, has embarked on a proactive policy of integrating people seeking employment or being excluded. To this end, it has decided to call on its privileged partners, which are companies, in order to promote access to employment for these people, through the implementation of the professional integration clause ("clause sociale"), a condition of performance of the contract which is imposed on the contractor in accordance with the provisions laid down in the contract.
