Description

This contract concerns the supply of printed books for the Direction de la lecture publique (DLP) of the departments of Savoie and Haute-Savoie, in accordance with the provisions of Law No 2003-517 of 18 June 2003 on the remuneration of authors, as well as digital books, periodicals, multimedia documents and bibliographic notices. The above-mentioned law applies only to the supply of printed documents (books). This contract is addressed to general and/or specialised bookshops whose main activity is the supply of printed or digital documents and to specialised suppliers for multimedia documents, periodicals and bibliographic records.
