Description

Aufgrund der Umbaumaßnahmen der Großprojekte 2. S-Bahn-Stammstrecke München und Neubau Empfangsgebäude Hauptbahnhof München, werden interimistische Ersatzflächen in direkter Bahnhofsnähe benötigt. Gegenstand dieser Bekanntmachung ist eine Vorinformation zur Ausschreibung des geplanten Neubaus eines Interimsbahnhofes des Hauptbahnhof München.
Für den bauzeitlichen Bahnhofsbetrieb wird ein Interimsbahnhof (IBF) der Gebäudeklasse 5 am südlichen Bahnhofsvorplatz in der Bayerstraße München errichtet. Zielstellung ist die Unterbringung von Nutzern für den öffentlichkeitsbezogenen Bedarf, welcher zur Aufrechterhaltung des Bahnhofsbetriebes in direkter Umgebung zum Hauptbahnhof München notwendig ist.
Der IBF stellt eine Ersatzfläche dar und bildet die Voraussetzung für Abbruch- und Neubaumaßnahmen im Rahmen der „Integrierte Gesamtlösung München Hauptbahnhof“ (IGL).
