La présente consultation a pour objet la conclusion d'un contrat de délégation pour la gestion du service public d'eau potable (LOT 1) et la conclusion d'un contrat de délégation pour la gestion du service public d'assainissement collectif (Lot 2) de la commune de Donzère. La consultation est menée conformément à la procédure décrite aux articles L.1411-1 à L.1411-18 du code général des collectivités territoriales (CGCT) et dans le respect des dispositions des articles L.3120-1 et suivants et R. 3121-1 et suivants du code de la commande publique (CCP).
