This notice is an invitation to a market dialogue. It is not a prior information notice, a contract notice or a call for tenders. Participation in the market dialogue is not a prerequisite for participation in the procurement. The market dialogue shall not be binding on the parties participating in it and no separate remuneration shall be paid for such participation. In connection with the New Aviation Museum project, the Finnish Aviation Museum Foundation aims to design and implement a main exhibition supporting the concept and visitor target for the planned new building of the Finnish Aviation Museum within the limits of the budget and collection policy responsibilities in use. To enable this, the Foundation is looking for one or more partners in different areas of the exhibition design process. The objectives of the market dialogue shall be: 1) map and get to know potential partners (participating in the market dialogue is not a prerequisite for participating in the procurement and does not affect the position in the tendering process) 2) Listen to market participants' views on the progress of the project, challenge their own ideas on the process and discuss the content of the procurement before the formal tendering process 3) Prepare for the upcoming tendering process and ensure that the solutions related to the tendering process do not exclude potential partners from the tendering process.
