Romania-Lugoj: Hospital facilities construction work

Procurement of design services and works performance for the investment objective: Construction of a hospital and functions CONEXE FOR MUNICIPAL SPITAL “DR. TEODOR ANDREI” LUGOJ.
The overall objective of the project is to: construction of a new building for the “Dr. Teodor Andrei” Lugoj Municipal Hospital, in line with current quality standards and in line with international best practices, to accommodate both the specialities that operate today in the 16 flags at Strada Gheorghe Doja, No 36 (their relocation), and other premises necessary for the smooth running of clinical work, with a view to providing integrated quality health care services. The new hospital aims to be a medical unit of excellence, offering the highest level of medical services with specialised medical staff.
1. The first time limit until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarification or additional information in relation to the award documentation shall be 35 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will reply clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 28th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
2. The second deadline until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarification or additional information in relation to the award documentation shall be 18 days before the closing date for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will reply clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION WILL BE SUBMITTED IN EDITABLE FORMAT.
The estimated total value, as set out in the overall estimate at feasibility study level, is: RON 432.974.658,21 without VAT, broken down as follows:
RON 417.603.364,43 without VAT – representing the works execution component;
RON 15.371.293,78 without VAT – representing the design component.
Tenderers will be under no obligation in relation to the values of the components, which are indicative, and the tender as a whole compares with the estimated value of the contract.
The expenditure category entitled ‘Miscellaneous and unforeseen’ as set out in the general estimate at feasibility study level is: RON 54.581.739,13 without VAT, is not included in the estimated value of the contract, but was taken into account in determining the applicable procedure.
