1.The subject-matter of this contract is the successive supply of reagents together with the lease of immunohistochemical diagnostic test equipment for the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Institute of Oncology – National Research Institute, Gliwice Branch, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority. 2. Detailed information on the present proceedings is contained in the SWZ. 3. The proceedings do not include the objections set out in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Act. 4. Information on joint bids by contractors is provided in Chapter IX of the SWZ. 5. Information clause resulting from the content of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the Ordering Party has included in the SWZ
