Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the successive supply of cover of court files to the ordinary courts. The subject-matter of the contract was divided into 5 lots:
Part 1 – supply of cover of court files for the Katowicka and Wrocławska appeals area;
Part 2 – delivery of cover covers of court files for the appeal area of Kraków and Rzeszów;
Part 3 – delivery of cover of court files for the Łódzkie and Warsaw appeal areas;
Lot 4 – delivery of cover of court files for the Lublin and Białystok areas of appeal;
Lot 5 – delivery of cover covers for the Gdansk, Szczecin and Poznań appeal areas.
The contracting authority shall allow tenders to be submitted for one, several or all lots. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, including the size and scope of the contract, broken down by lot, is set out in Annex 5 to the ToR – Description of the subject-matter of the contract – Price form.
