Description

This consultation concerns: the supply of books for children from 2 to 6 years old, for parties organized in nursery schools at Christmas to develop the "lecture plaisir" on the basis of a quality support that does not fall within the school framework. The procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The framework agreement with maximum is entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issue of order forms. The services are divided into three lots: Lot 01 - Supply of books for Christmas for children in Small Section - 2 to 3 years Lot 02 - Supply of books for Christmas for children in Medium Section - 3 to 4 years Lot 03 - Supply of books for Christmas for children in Large Section - 5 to 6 years Each lot will be allocated separately.
