Description

The University of Twente (UT) has launched a European public tender for the contracting of one partner for Broker Services. The purpose of the UT is to conclude a Framework Agreement with one Contractor who takes care of the complete unburdening of the hiring of external support staff. The service is aimed at Interim professionals (such as seconded workers and self-employed workers) for support functions. The main parts of the contract are: Intermediate services: Sourcing, recruitment and selection of candidates through a wide network of suppliers and direct self-employed recruitment. Contract management: The complete administrative, contractual and financial handling (including hiring risk management). Transition and Implementation: Migration of ongoing contracts and implementation of work processes and system links. Scientific staff and specific fields such as ICT, medical and legal are outside the scope of this call for tenders. The Framework Agreement is expected to enter into force on 1 January 2027 for an initial period of two years. The Client has the unilateral option to extend the agreement twice by one year, up to a total maximum term of four years.
