On the basis of Article 132 in conjunction with Article 18(1)(1), Article 19(2) and Article 20(1)(3)(b) of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP), the Management Board of West Electricity Networks EAD launched and conducted a public procurement procedure for the purpose of concluding a contract for the provision of computer training to obtain specialised knowledge in the field of digital and information technology for the employees of ERN West EAD. The aim of the trainings is to develop skills in the trainees for effective use of software programs in view of the practical needs in the process of their work. As part of the requirements for the green transition, the commissioning of new renewable energy sources leads to a complication of production processes and a continuous increase in the amount of processing and analysis data they receive from all producers and consumers. Examination of tenders: On the basis of Article 104(2) of the Public Procurement Act, the Commission will assess the technical and price proposals of the participants before examining the documents for compliance with the selection criteria. The actions of the Commission will be carried out in a sequence provided for in Article 61 of the Rules for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act (PPZOP). Quantity and/or volume: The contracting authority forecasts that 15 (fifteen) employees will be trained for the entire duration of the contract, which is 12 (twelve) months. Possibility to present variants: The contracting authority shall not allow the submission of variants of the tender. Estimated value: The estimated (maximum) value for performance of the subject-matter of the contract is EUR 9 648.17 (nine thousand six hundred and forty-eight euros and seventeen cents) excluding VAT. Sources of funding: Human Resources Development Programme 2021-2027, priority BG05SFPR002-1 ‘Promoting employment and skills development’, procedure BG05SFPR002-1.019 ‘New skills’ for the implementation of project BG05SFPR002-1.019-0147 ‘Improving competencies through specific workplace-related trainings, including for the acquisition of specific digital skills, trainings for managerial staff and employees to upgrade business skills, skills aimed at adapting the enterprise to the circular economy and the green transition’. Time limit for performance of the contract: The term of the contract is 12 /twelve/ months from the date of its bilateral signature. Place of performance of the contract: The venue for the service is a training room provided by the contractor on the territory of Sofia. Price and method of payment: Performance of the services subject to the contract will be paid by the Assignor to the Contractor, by bank transfer in euro, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the original invoice, accompanied by a bilaterally signed acceptance protocol without comments from the parties.
