Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of accommodation equipment - veneered board office furniture and metal furniture equipment for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Lublin. The subject of the contract is divided into 3 lots (packages) and includes: 1) delivery of metal furniture equipment (package 1), 2) delivery of veneered board office furniture (package 2), 3) delivery of craft oak veneered board office furniture (package 3). 2. The detailed scope and subject matter of the contract is specified in Annexes 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 to the SWZ (assortment-price forms for packages: 1, 2, 3), on the attached illustrative drawings (applies to package No. 2 – applies to selected items of Annex 1.2 to the SWZ) and in the model contract - constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ (model contract for package No. 1, 2 and 3). The Ordering Party requires acceptance of the model contract in its entirety. The assortment offered by the contractor must meet all the requirements and parameters specified by the Ordering Party in the procurement documents. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered assortment meets the requirements of relevant national and European standards and quality standards and meets all legal requirements for this type of assortment, in particular in the case of: a) metal cabinets for storing classified documents (applies to package No. 1), the execution and equipment must comply with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 May 2012 on physical security measures used to secure classified information (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2012, item 683 as amended). b) swivel chairs and armchairs (applies to package no. 1), the construction and equipment must comply with the Regulation of the Minister of Family and Social Policy of 18 October 2023 amending the Regulation on occupational health and safety at workstations equipped with screen monitors (Journal of Laws No. U. pos. 2367). 4. The Contractor shall declare in the tender that the assortment offered by him meets all the requirements and all the technical parameters set out in Annexes 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 to the SWZ (depending on the package selected). 5. The Contractor undertakes to apply the prices fixed in the public procurement procedure. Any change in unit prices may take place only under the conditions specified in the model contract. 6. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in the form of partial orders to the warehouse of the Procurement Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Lublin, ul. Grenadiers 3, 20-331 Lublin or to the indicated address of the Police organisational units in the city of Lublin or Lubelskie Voivodship, executed on the basis of individual orders issued by the Procurement Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Lublin, in accordance with the delivery date and warranty period indicated in the Offer form (delivery date and warranty period will be recorded in the contract), counted from the date of sending the written order (e.g. by fax or electronic means) – at the Contractor’s cost and transport. In addition, the Ordering Party requires that the warranty period for the delivered goods is not shorter than the warranty period of the manufacturer of the goods (minimum 12 months from the date of delivery). 7. The Contractor undertakes to deliver, bring, twist / assemble the assortment being the subject of individual orders in the place indicated by the Ordering Party on the premises of the organizational units of the Police of the Lubelskie Voivodeship. In the case of delivery of furniture equipment to the facilities of the organizational units of the Police of the Lubelskie Voivodeship, which requires permanent attachment to the wall or ground, the Contractor undertakes to assemble the assortment in question.
