Description

This consultation is an architecture and engineering competition on ESQUISSE+. This consultation concerns the construction of a tennis and multisport room within the Omblais sports complex in BETTON). This new equipment, with an estimated area of 2,892 m2, will be equipped with four tennis courts, two of which can be shared, and a convivial space. The proportion of the estimated financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority is EUR 3 000 000 excluding VAT (June 2025 value), excluding photovoltaic panels, the installation of which will be carried out by an external operator. The purpose of the competition is to select one or more successful tenderers with a view to the award of a negotiated contract without publicity or competition relating to the project management mission of the equipment, which will include a basic mission containing the following elements: ESQ + (Sketch studies +), APS (Summary preliminary draft studies), APD (Final preliminary draft studies), PRO/DCE (Project studies - consultation file of companies), AMT (Assistance for the award of works contracts), EXE (Executive studies for fluids only), VISA, DET (Directorate for the execution of works contracts), AORGPA (Assistance during acceptance operations and during the period of guarantee of perfect completion) + a CIU mission (Ordinancement Management and Coordination) as well as the following additional missions: CSSI (Coordination of Fire Safety Systems), FLJ (Study of Daylight Factor), STD (Dynamic Thermal Simulation) + 4 PCI days (Integrated Design Process).
