The purpose of public procurement is to award a contract: — the purchase of a virtual navigation bronchoscopy system with warranty and maintenance, the necessary software and accessories, supply, installation and training (hereinafter referred to as “goods or equipment”); — The purchase of five (5) years of maintenance services under commercial warranty (hereinafter referred to as “maintenance service”); — The purchase of a maximum of 600 sets of consumables necessary for the use of the goods (hereinafter referred to as accessories). There is no obligation on the contracting authority to purchase this maximum quantity of supplies; — Performing exceptional repairs of goods within six (6) years of delivery of the goods.
