Description

Erbringung von Generalplanungsleistungen für die Errichtung eines Biomasseheizkraftwerks mit Nebenanlagen sowie eines Fernwärmenetzes mit einer Länge von ca. 23 km in Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz.
Die Einspeisung ins Netz muss bis 31.12.2013 erfolgen.
Die Auftragsvergabe erfolgt stufenweise (Stufe 1: Leistungsphasen 1-4, Stufe 2: Leistungsphasen 5-7, Stufe 3: Leistungsphasen 8 u. 9).
Es wurde bereits ein Vorkonzept erstellt.
Die elektrische Leistung des Kraftwerks soll ca. 3 MW u. die thermische Leistung ca. 8 MW betragen. Die Stromversorgung soll bei ca. 18 000 MWh/a, die Wärmeauskopplung bei ca. 44 000 MWh/a liegen, der Brennstoffbedarf (atro) beträgt ca. 28 000 t/a.
Die Generalplanungsleistungen beinhalten insbesondere: Ingenieurbauwerke und Verkehrsanlagen (Planung und Bauüberwachung der Bauwerke und deren Fundamentierung); Ingenieurbauwerk aller erf. Ver- und Entsorgungssysteme (Durchführung der Planung und Bauüberwachung der Leitungen für Dampf, Kondensat, Wasser, Abwasser, Regenwasser, Becken, Speicher, Schächte); Tragwerksplanung (Durchführung der statischen Berechnung, Standsicherheitsnachweise, Wärmeschutznachweise, Bauüberwachung); Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (Planung und Bauüberwachung eines Biomasseheizkraftwerks); SiGeKo (SiGe-Planung und Koordination); Vermessungstechnische Leistungen, sowie sämtliche erforderlichen Ingenieurleistungen für das Fernwärmenetz.
