Description

The city of Augsburg is planning to build a new regional bus terminal at the main station. The regional bus terminal is planned immediately south of Augsburg Central Station on the former Innere Ladehof. The location is part of a comprehensive urban development concept to enhance the station environment and to improve the networking of different modes of transport. Due to the clear organization of traffic areas, a striking steel roof structure with discreet lighting and the associated annexe, the terminal is sustainably upgraded to a modern, barrier-free mobility hub, Augsburg's station environment and optimally supports the connection of different transport modes. The milestones for the implementation of the project include: - Start of service: Feb 2026 - Start of construction: March 2027 - Completion: Aug 2028 The total cost of the project (KG 200-600) is estimated at €6.36 million gross, and is divided into the following distribution of the KG: - KG 200 € 40,000 - KG 300 € 2,760,000 - KG 400 € 386,000 - KG 500 € 3,205,000 - KG 600 € 20,000 It is intended to commission the following services with this tender: Services Property planning Transport facilities, according to §§ 45 et seq. HOAI Lph 5-7
