Description

Havnegade 5 in Copenhagen is home to Danmarks Nationalbank's iconic headquarters. It will undergo a major and necessary restoration over a number of years. The building was designed by the architect Arne Jacobsen and built in the years 1965-1978, and in 2009 the building was listed. All the tasks in the project must therefore be solved in close dialogue with the Agency for Culture and Palaces, taking into account that the building is protected. Danmarks Nationalbank and the project's lead consultant handle this dialogue. Danmarks Nationalbank has divided the total restoration project into three sub-projects, and each sub-project is expected to be put out to tender in several contracts: DN300. Buoyancy protection (the building must be buoyancy and climate proof); DN200. External works (facades, roofs and gardens to be restored); and DN100. Internal Works (which is a large sub-project, where you have to work with a number of tasks). Under DN100 is also DN101 on Forward Works, which is divided into the following contracts, which are both tendered as separate contracts, but where there is a connection between them: E101.02 Demolition and environmental remediation and E101.11 Concrete and Steel structures. In addition, the following small tasks will be purchased in accordance with the partial performance rule: E101.01-01 Disconnection EL and Lighting and E101.01-02 Disconnection Plumbing and Ventilation. This contract notice concerns E101.02 Demolition and environmental remediation, which includes: 1) Disposal of building components components, 2) Disposal of installations and 3) Environmental remediation works. The work has been planned by Totalrådgiver, a consortium consisting of EKJ Consulting Engineers and Rørbæk and Møller Architects, and will be planned and carried out in close cooperation with, among others, Danmarks Nationalbank's turnkey consultant, the construction management and Danmarks Nationalbank's project manager.
