Description

2 Zu erbringende Leistungen Die NBank plant die Einführung einer Standardplattform für ein neues Kernbanksystems (KBS) sowie ein neues Kunden- und Sachbearbeiterportals (im Folgenden zusammenfassend als "Förderportal" bezeichnet) im Rahmen ihrer Gesamtbankstrategie. Ziel ist es, eine integrierte Gesamtbanklösung einzuführen, die die Anforderungen an Stabilität, IT-Sicherheit, Kundenunterstützung, Betriebsmodell, Kosten und Abdeckung des Produktportfolios - insbesondere im Fördergeschäft - erfüllt. Die Gesamtbanklösung muss dabei die Bereiche der Vertrags- und Antragsabbildung, dafür zu nutzende Geschäftspartner, das interne und externe Rechnungswesen sowie den Zahlungsverkehr einer Bank abdecken und alle bankaufsichtlichen und landesrechtlichen Anforderungen erfüllen, einschließlich der Zurverfügungstellung des damit verbundenen Geschäftsreportings.
