Description

The subject of the Order is the rental of cars for the transport of passengers using the VIP Line Zone under a reciprocal service agreement. As part of the mutual provision of services, the Contractor undertakes to provide the Ordering Party with F-Segment Vehicles - in the amount of 3 units and E-Segment vehicles in the amount of 2 units for use in the form of long-term rental for a period of 12 months. During the term of the Agreement, the Ordering Party undertakes to provide the Contractor with marketing services consisting in: 1) Displaying promotional material of the Contractor on one screen in the VIP Presidential Lounge and 2 screens in the VIP Senatorial Lounge. 2) Displaying the promotional material of the Contractor on the screen in the EXL Prelude, Etude and Fantasy Salon. 3) Displaying the branding – with the Contractor's logo on a selected and fixed place, e.g. on the wall in the Executive Lounge "Fantasia", Contractor's Vehicles, racks with folders. 4) Rental of advertising space on the Employer's website - https://www.lotnisko-chopina.pl/ (banner rotating on the main page, tile banner on the main page, banner on the subpage). 5) Placing three advertisements with discrete advertising elements of the Contractor on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn of the Ordering Party - one article per month. 6) Information transfer placed on FiDS media in selected sectors of the airport in order to increase the efficiency/intensity of displaying information material, where, depending on technical capabilities, the share of information transfer will be up to 10% of the available display time or in the number of 8,000 15'' spots per month. 7) Rental of advertising space in the WiFi network at the Chopin Airport up to 7000 views per month. Two language versions: - Polish - English 8) Ensuring readiness to implement and hand over one-time passes through the VIP Zone given to the Contractor. 9) Ensuring readiness to implement and hand over one-time entrances to the Executive Salon "Fantazja" along with the fast track given to the Contractor. 10) One place within the currently available parking spaces in car park P2 - no guarantee of space.
