Continuation/extension of Notice 2011/S 191-311822, already published.
The audit system is based on the online supplier information system Connexio operated by Achilles Information GmbH on behalf of several utilities (energy and water suppliers) from Germany, Eastern and Central Europe. Pre-qualification via connexio (level 1) is done in such a way that potential or current suppliers of utilities enter, store and submit additional required documents by replying to an online supplier’s questionnaire (supplier self-information) available at www.achilles.com/germany. Achilles checks the data entered by the suppliers by means of a formal programme routine for completeness, consistency and compliance with the requirements profile, and partly for accuracy (pre-qualification level 1).
The exact criteria for prequalification (level 1) are defined by the water suppliers using Connexio and are available on www.achilles.com/germany. Participating water suppliers reserve the right to adapt or change the criteria from time to time. Participating water suppliers have 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, via a password-protected website, to access the supplier data collected and verified by Achilles.
