Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of workstations to users of a medical IT system.
2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1B to the ToR. The computer will be used for the hospital IT system (business applications), office applications, internet access and e-mail as a local database.
3. The contracting authority reserves that this description should be read together with any changes to the content of the tender specifications, e.g. as a result of replies to economic operators’ requests.
4. The procurer requires that the equipment offered be new (not used), manufacturing year 2019.
5. Delivery of the insured goods, together with the loading and unloading of the goods, will be carried out at the contractor’s expense, which must be included in the price of the tender. Place of delivery: Kraków Informatics Unit, ul. Strzelecka 2, POLSKA – 37, Informatics Unit Radziszów, ul. Podlesie 172, POLAND – 30 pieces.
