Description

De aan te besteden opdracht omvat het leveren, monteren, plaatsen, retour nemen, onderhouden en service verlenen voor en adviseren over het meubilair voor alle ruimtes op de locaties van Zadkine.
Daarbij zijn de volgende productgroepen te onderscheiden:
- Onderwijsmeubilair (standaard theorieruimten) en projectinrichting (ontmoetingsruimten, projectruimten, horeca, funmeubilair e.d.);
- Kantoormeubilair (werkplekken, vergaderplekken e.d.);
- Losse inventaris (kapstokken, klok, paraplubak e.d.)
Een ander onderdeel van de opdracht betreft het leveren van projectgebonden interieuradvies binnen de kaders van het beschikbaar Beeldkwaliteitsplan (BKP).
Daarnaast wenst Zadkine (on)gevraagd marktinformatie te ontvangen gedurende de contractperiode aangaande de ontwikkelingen op gebied van:
- Duurzaamheid;
- Circulair inkopen;
- Kostenreducties;
- Trends & Innovaties.
Vaste interieurbouw en praktijkruimtemeubilair vallen buiten de scope van deze aanbesteding even als productie van spe
