Description

les travaux regroupe ceux exécutés par les corps d'état de bâtiment, associés au gros oeuvre, susceptibles d'intervenir sur le clos et le couvert : démolition/décontamination, fondation, maçonnerie Go, charpente, couverture, étanchéité, façade et menuiseries extérieures. Le périmètre logement n'est pas concerné.Il s'agit d'une procédure avec négociation, faisant suite à une précédente procédure référencée 20c0001-01, classée sans suite faute de concurrence suffisante. Au terme de la phase de candidature, un maximum de 8 candidats seront admis à poursuivre la procédure en phase offre.Elle aboutira à la conclusion d'un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents avec minimum de 1 200 000euros Ht et maximum de 12 000 000 euros Ht en application de l'article R2162-4-1 du Code de la commande publique. Le dispositif est de type multi attributaires (max 5 attributaires).La durée de l'accord démarrera à notification pour s'achever au 31/12/2026
