The Recklinghausen district intends to renovate the Recklinghausen district house. The scope of the renovation includes all necessary measures with regard to fire protection, building services, health and the complete roof renovation as well as the demolition of the existing facade with subsequent rebuilding. The polluted interior walls are dismantled, so that, except for the dismantling of the existing screed, an almost complete dismantling of the entire interior construction takes place.
