The subject of the public procurement includes the execution of activities (services) for the site Performing the functions of consultant/construction supervision of the site: ‘Reconstruction and renovation of the Panayot Volov Stadium-Shumen sports complex’: - Assessment of the compliance with the essential requirements to the construction works of all parts of the technical investment design for the construction, in volume and content according to the Spatial Development Act. - Exercising construction supervision during construction until the adoption and commissioning of the construction within the mandatory scope regulated by the Spatial Planning Act and the secondary legislation on its implementation, including inspection and control of the construction products supplied and used in the construction, which ensure the implementation of the basic requirements for construction works in accordance with the requirements of the ordinance under Article 9(2)(5) of the Technical Requirements for Products Act, as well as coordination of the construction process until the commissioning of the construction, including control of the quantities, quality and conformity of the construction works performed with the contract for the execution of the construction of the site, as well as the other activities subject of the construction contract; - Performing the functions of a Safety and Health Coordinator in accordance with the provisions of Regulation No 2 of 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety at work when carrying out construction and installation works, incl. fulfilling all the obligations of the Contracting Authority provided for in that Regulation; - Preparation of a final report on the construction in accordance with Article 168(6) of the Spatial Planning Act and Regulation No 2 of 31 July 2003 on the commissioning of construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites, and an updated technical passport for the construction in accordance with Article 176a of the Spatial Planning Act and Regulation No 5 of 2006 on the technical passports of construction works; - Management of the processes of commissioning until the issuance of a Certificate of commissioning; - Performing activities on the cadastral survey of the site and preparing the documentation for issuing Certificates that the obligation under Article 54a(2) of the Cadastre and Property Register Act for the site has been fulfilled and to certify the completion of the cadastral map before the authority that puts into operation. -. Preparation of a technical passport of the construction works, in accordance with Article 176a of the Spatial Development Act and Regulation No 5/28.12.2006 on the technical passports of the construction works; - Liability under Art. 168, para 7 of the Spatial Development Act until the expiry of the warranty periods for the respective types of construction works.
