PL-Warsaw: diving instruments or accessories
The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of 7 diving helmets in the form specified in Annex 1 to the ToR – ‘Technical requirements’, as well as a camera and lighting holder (7 units), a flow limiter (7 units), a set of maintenance tools (3 kpl).
The technical and technological requirements and the detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR – ‘Technical requirements’.
The products offered must be new, manufactured after 1.1.2011, in the first category (not used).
The contracting authority shall require the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the equipment offered for a minimum period of 12 months and to provide post-guarantee services for a minimum period of 10 years from the date of termination of the warranty. Detailed warranty and service requirements and quality, codification, etc. are set out in Annex 2 to the ToR (‘Model Contract’).
The diving helmets supplied are subject to an assessment of OiB’s conformity in accordance with the Act of 17 November 2006 on the conformity assessment system for products intended for the purposes of national defence and security (Journal of Laws No 235, item 1700, as amended).
