Description

As the regional enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), Schulbau Hamburg has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking into account the school's interests, and renting out the more than 400 schools to the Authority for School and Vocational Education and Training (BSB). --------------- The future ‘Gymnasium im Eilbektal’, located in Eilbektal 35, is located in the Wandsbek district, Eilbek district The school building was designed in 1906 by the building authority (Albert Erbe) in the neo-baroque style as an elementary school and erected in 1909 as a massive masonry building with a steep roof. In the 2nd World War I, in particular, the roof truss of the 5-storey building was severely damaged and the extension of the gymnasium was destroyed. In 1954, the badly damaged building was converted into a housekeeping school and extended by a partial extension ("Lantern") and an annex with a basement gymnasium and a hall above it. The striking steep roof has been replaced by flat inclined cold roofs. The part of the building, which is to be demolished before the conversion and refurbishment measures, was added in 1961 as a single-storey extension in concrete skeleton construction on the north side. -------------- Here: Building automation --------------- The execution of the building automation is based on the "Technical Manual Building Automation" of the client. The tender included lines with regard to automation equipment, control cabinets, field devices, cabling as well as services for automation focal points and management operating level.
