Description

Ten behoeve van het programma NICHE, Netherlands Initiative for Capacity development in Higher Education, heeft de Nuffic in april 2014 een eerste versie van de applicatie WIN, Workflowmanagement Informatiesysteem Niche, in productie genomen. De applicatie is ontwikkeld op een SharePoint 2010 platform en moet het programma ondersteunen bij het administreren en monitoren van projecten. In het kader van het project WIN2 dienen aanvullende functionaliteiten te worden ontwikkeld die met name de workflow van het programma ondersteunen verbeteren. Via onderhavige aanbesteding wordt een leverancier voor de ontwikkeling van deze aanvullende functionaliteiten gezocht aan wie tevens het applicatieve onderhoud conform ARBIT voorwaarden wordt uitbesteed inclusief het technisch applicatiebeheer. Daarnaast is er in de toekomst mogelijk de behoefte dat de leverancier de migratie naar SharePoint 2013 verzorgt en is er mogelijk de behoefte dat de leverancier de (externe) hosting verzorgt.
