Поръчката включва доставка на материали, консумативи и реактиви, описани в Техническа спецификация /Приложение №1/. Поръчката е разделена на 3 (три) обособени позиции, както следва: Обособена позиция №1 – Набор от консумативи и реактиви за подготовка на библиотеки за цялостно геномно секвениране на NovaSeq6000 В обособената позиция са включени – 5 вида артикули. Обособена позиция №2 – Реактиви и консумативи за изолиране и нормализиране на геномна ДНК, и провеждане на PCR в реално време В обособената позиция са включени – 6 вида артикули. Обособена позиция №3- Реактиви и консумативи за новогенерационно секвениране на панел от гени съвместими с Ion Gene Studio S5 Prime В обособената позиция са включени – 6 вида артикули.
