Description

With the arrival of 3 high-speed lines by 2016 (Bordeaux – betting) and 2020 (Bordeaux – madrid and Bordeaux – Toulouse), Bordeaux aims to become a European metropolitan area by creating a major service hub around the railway station and on both sides of the Garonne.
For this purpose, an operation of national interest has been entrusted to the public development establishment of Bordeaux-Euratlantique, the developer of urban development operations (Decree of 22 March 3).
This framework agreement concerns a first urban project around the Gare de Bordeaux, aimed at implementing concerted public intervention in a sector of 160 hectares. 60 hectares are considered to be mutable and could eventually accommodate 800 000 square metres of new buildings, including 300 000 square metres of tertiary areas and 300 000 square metres of dwellings. The establishment of an office and business hub near the railway station must be part of an overall urban strategy, combining social and functional and sustainable diversity.
Detailed and detailed urban and programmatic guidelines will be provided to successful candidates.
The purpose of this contest is to award a mono-awarded framework agreement, in accordance with the possibility opened by Article 76.iv of the Public Procurement Code, for a period of 9 years from the date of its notification.
This framework agreement exceeds the duration of 4 years, since its purpose is a large-scale operation which requires the long-term nature of the task of the urban contractor and its consistency in time and space.
Subsequent contracts may cover the following tasks:
— production and updating of a guide plan,
— support for real estate operations and urban planning procedures,
— support for communication and consultation,
— project management of infrastructure for public and temporary areas.
