The subject-matter of the contract covers the supply and assembly of a welding workshop – didactic equipment necessary to conduct training in the profession of ‘Electric vehicle mechatronics’ in accordance with the scope set out in Annex 1a to the SWZ. The technical, quality, functional and performance characteristics shall not be worse than those listed in Annex 1a to the RVU. The device should meet all regulations regarding the right to be allowed to use in Poland and have appropriate documents proving that it meets all the necessary standards and guidelines that the equipment should meet before it is allowed to use. The appliance must be accompanied by all the necessary documents of the type: instruction manual, warranty, statement of compliance with all necessary standards, etc. The ordering party requires that the delivered equipment be brand new, unused. If signs or parameters indicating a specific manufacturer, a specific product or trademarks, patents or origin are used to describe the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party allows the use of equivalent products, which should be understood as a product with technical, functional and quality parameters not inferior to those presented in the description of the subject of the contract. An economic operator who submits a tender for an equivalent product must attach to the tender a precise description showing that the conditions of equivalence will be complied with; it must also demonstrate (prove) that the proposed solution satisfies the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority to an equivalent extent, in particular with regard to the indicated parameters. The Contractor undertakes to: • ensure safe transport and delivery of the subject-matter of the contract, • install the equipment and, if applicable, make it operational, • configure and verify (to the extent appropriate to the type of equipment), • provide all required connection cables and wires, accessories, installation elements, etc. necessary for the installation/assembly of the equipment (if applicable), • provide the designated persons of the Contracting Authority with the necessary information on the operation of the equipment (if applicable). The subject of the contract includes the supply and installation of didactic equipment for the needs of equipping the workshop of industrial machines and equipment located in the Industry Skills Center in Wałbrzych in the field of mechatronics, ul. Ogrodowa 2a, 58-306 Wałbrzych. Information on the means of proof in question confirming that the supplies offered meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. Where the standards and regulations invoked are national or relate to a specific country or region, other appropriate standards ensuring an equivalent or higher level of performance than the standards or regulations invoked may also be applied, subject to their verification and written approval by the contracting authority. The differences between the standards referred to and their proposed replacements must be described in detail by the Contractor and submitted to the contracting authority for approval.
