The subject of the contract is ‘Performance of construction and installation works for the purpose of changing the windows of a student dormitory and reconstructing a student canteen’, under the following lots: Lot 1: Performing construction and installation works (SMP) in order to change the joinery of a student dormitory at TU-Sofia - Requirements for the scope of the different types of construction and installation works for the implementation of the subject of the contract. Dismantling: Dismantling of existing joinery, incl. transportation, loading and transportation. Installation: Delivery and installation of PVC windows from min 5 chamber profiles with double glazing of "K" glass and heat transfer coefficient Umax = 1.3 W/m2K - white color. Coating, plastering and painting with latex on the inside of the joinery with a width of up to 25 cm, incl. corner strips. Delivery and installation PVC window sills with a width of up to 15 cm on the inside of windows. Cleaning and plastering with terracol on an external joint. Delivery and installation of aluminum window sills with a width of up to 25 cm on facade joinery. Lot 2: Performing construction and installation works for the purpose of reconstructing a student chair at TU-Sofia - Requirements for the scope of the different types of construction and installation works for the implementation of the subject of the contract. 1.1. Dismantling works: 1.1.1. Dismantling of linoleum. 1.1.2. Dismantling of bars. 1.1.3. Dismantling of a metal partition with a door. 1.1.4. Breaking a brick wall by 12 cm. 1.1.5. Breaking a reinforced concrete wall 8 cm thick to expand doors and openings. 1.1.6. Dismantling of tiling of faience tiles of lime-cement solution. 1.1.7. Demolition of mosaic plates. 1.1.8. Scraping of walls and ceilings to a strong foundation 1.1.9. Loading and transportation of construction waste. 1.2. Construction work: 1.2.1. Joinery works 1.2.2. Cladding works 1.2.3 Floorings and screeds 1.2.4. Masking works 1.2.5. Painting jobs.
