The subject of the contract is the supply to facilities belonging to the Ordering Party of electricity with a total estimated volume of 11800,00 MWh in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 266 as amended) – hereafter EP, of which: Zone I – 3 258.00 MWh Zone II – 1 230.00 MWh Zone III – 7 312.00 MWh, with 24-hourly tariffs included in Zone I, as specified in the price form (Annex 2 to the SWZ). The list of collection points is set out in Annex 6 to the FTZ.
