1 darab Elektrospektrométer beszerzése Ajánlatkérő közbeszerzési eljárásai során az információs önrendelkezési jogról és az információszabadságról szóló 2011. évi CXII. törvény (Info tv.), valamint az Európai Parlament és a Tanács (EU) természetes személyeknek a személyes adatok kezelése tekintetében történő védelméről és az ilyen adatok szabad áramlásáról, valamint a 95/46/EK irányelv hatályon kívül helyezéséről szóló 2016/679 rendelete (GDPR) szerinti személyes adatkezelés is megvalósul. Ajánlatkérő tájékoztatja az ajánlattevőket, hogy az ajánlatadás során a más adatkezelőktől (Ajánlattevőktől) származó személyes adatok kezelését Ajánlatkérő a honlapján elhelyezett adatkezelési tájékoztató(k) szerint végzi.
