The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding similar contracts, i.e. direct contracts referred to in Art. 1(7) of the Public Procurement Law. 1) The value of the works is determined in the amount of up to PLN 274,000.00 net, with the scope consistent with the subject of the basic contract, consisting in the repetition of similar construction works. 2) The basis for determining the conditions for the performance of a similar contract is the basic contract and negotiations conducted with the Contractor. 5. On the basis of Article 95 para. 1 of the Act, the Employer requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor(s) on the basis of the employment relationship of all persons performing the activities indicated by the Employer, in the scope of contract performance, i.e.: preparatory works, earthworks, construction of bicycle path surfaces, finishing works, installation of traffic safety devices, execution of vertical and horizontal markings. 6. The Employer's rights regarding the method of verification and control of compliance with the obligation referred to in point 6 are specified in § 5 sec. 3 point 9) and § 9 sec. 7 of the draft agreement.
