Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa usługa sprzątania i utrzymania w czystości pomieszczeń należących do terenowych jednostek organizacyjnych Zamawiającego w Ełku, Olecku, Piszu, Giżycku, Rynie, Mikołajkach, Ostrołęce oraz Łomży, w podziale na 4 części, zwane dalej Zadaniami:
— zadanie 1 - usługa sprzątania pomieszczeń - RDG Ełk, RDG Olecko, Placówka w Piszu,
— zadanie 2 - usługa sprzątania pomieszczeń - RDG Ostrołęka,
— zadanie 3 - usługa sprzątania pomieszczeń - RDG Giżycko, Placówka w Mikołajkach, Placówka w Rynie,
— zadanie 4 - usługa sprzątania pomieszczeń - RDG Łomża.
