Description

With this, the Awarding Authority invites to a prequalification process for participation in a tender contest regarding award of contracts for tenancy agreement related to construction, hiring and operation of the Public Procurement Project 501578 Rykkin School Department Berger. The project includes a new 3 parallel primary school, 1-7 grades with a multipurpose hall (16 x 24 m). Net area is approx. 5 000 m2. The lot has an area of approx 16 decare and the outdoor area is subject to upgrading. The construction plan, with functional plans is in process of being developed. The school is estimated to have capacity of 600 students. The tenancy agreement is scheduled to be in force when the school starts 2016. Separate qualification documents in relation to the tender contest have been prepared. These documents are available under additional information. Tenderers wishing to participate in the tender contest must submit applications thereof
