1. The delivery includes new vehicles, manufactured in 2025, meeting all the minimum requirements described in Annex 1, 1.1, 1.2 to the FTZ. 2. Requiring to be attached to the offer: "A document certifying compliance with a requirement (EC certificate of conformity of the base vehicle) (.......) shall mean the representation of a model of such a document for a vehicle which is the same (same make and type and with the same technical characteristics, including those to be assessed under non-price criteria) as offered. The document constitutes the means of proof in question and confirms that the vehicles offered meet the minimum Zam. requirements for: - Engine type, - Wheelbase, - Overall length, - Engine displacement - Vehicle height, - Maximum net engine power, i.e. the parameters described in points 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 of Annex No 1.1 to the FTZ, and will be the basis for awarding points in the non-price evaluation criteria for tenders concerning engine power and exhaust emission levels. The extract from the vehicle type-approval certificate for the base vehicle or the EC certificate of conformity confirms that the vehicle offered meets the minimum parameters described in the FTZ (Annex 1.1 to the FTZ) and is the basis for awarding points in the non-price evaluation criteria for tenders - this document is not to be supplemented (it is the content of the tender) and the tender submitted without this document is to be rejected. 7.2. A statement confirming that the offered deliveries meet the requirements set out in Annex II. 1, 1.1, 1.2 to FTZ made by filling in and signing Annex II. 1.1, 1.2 to SWZ. If, when submitting an offer in more than one progress part, the manufacturer offers the same make and model of vehicle, he shall attach to the offer only one extract from the vehicle type-approval certificate for the base vehicle or the EC certificate of conformity for complete vehicles, which will confirm that all vehicles offered meet the minimum requirements described by Zam. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act, it informs that it will invalidate progress on the award of the contract if the public funds that it intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it. 13.
