Netbeheer Nederland (Hereafter: NBNL) intends to launch a contract for the Meterpool Coordinator. NBNL aims to launch a European tender for the selection of a single contractor in the first week of July 2025. The call for tenders is therefore not divided into lots. The expected closing date for applications is 26 September 2025. NBNL wishes to conclude an Agreement with this contractor. The Agreement has an initial duration of four years and several extensions which can eventually lead to a total duration of 8 years. During the procedure, two (2) Information Notes will take place, in which interested parties can ask questions about the tender documents. The deadlines for submitting questions are 1 August 2025 and 29 August 2025.
