1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa urządzeń laboratoryjnych dla laboratoriów Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów.
2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Załączniku Nr 1 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia (SWZ) - „Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia / dane techniczne oferowanego sprzętu”. W kolumnie oznaczonej nazwą „Minimalne wymagania Zamawiającego” Zamawiający określił minimalne parametry techniczne, jakościowe i eksploatacyjne jakie muszą spełniać oferowane urządzenia laboratoryjne oraz wymagane warunki realizacji zamówienia.
