Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of a license for server software used to manage email, calendars, tasks and contacts. The subject-matter of the contract is specified in detail in the annexes to the FTZ, and in particular in the description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) and in the draft provisions of the contract, which are annexes No 2 and No 3 to the FTZ, respectively. If the description of the subject-matter of the contract contains any trademarks, patents or origin of the source or a specific process that characterizes the products delivered by a specific Contractor, it should be assumed that the Ordering Party provided a description indicating the type and allows the submission of equivalent tenders meeting the equivalence criteria, which were given in the description of the subject-matter of the contract (legal basis - Art. 5 of the law). If the description of the subject of the contract contains standards, technical assessments, technical specifications or technical reference systems referred to in Art. 1 point 2 and paragraph. 3 of the Act, this should be treated only as an aid in the description of the subject of the contract. Equivalent solutions are in any case acceptable.
