Description

The subject matter of the contract covers: (1) Winter maintenance of municipal roads, streets and pavements referred to in Annex 7 to the ToR (Annex 1 to the Agreement): (a) Scope A (leaking, rubbing), which includes rinsing or colliding on 110 km long roads and pavements and parking areas in the west. 43 152 m². The contracting authority may instruct the Contractor to carry out rinsing or sprinkling or rinsing on a given scale, depending on the needs and the assessment of the weather conditions. These activities will be settled at the unit prices specified in the tender form (scope set out in Annex 1 to the contract). b) Scope B (leaking), which includes rinsing on roads of 60 km. The contracting authority may also instruct the Contractor to carry out 40 km of road run-off, depending on the needs and weather conditions.
