Description

The subject of the invitation to tender is IT services. The client selects two suppliers as the IT service provider. On the basis of the framework agreement to be drawn up, the Contracting Entity may acquire from the suppliers included in the framework agreement * development teams that develop and maintain the Contracting Entity's customised information systems using agile methods * experts supporting information system development * information system projects * software or software components that support the operations of the Finnish Centre for Pensions - e.g. a software component that the supplier has made for another customer and that can be utilised in the Finnish Centre for Pensions' information system The Contracting Entity's key need is to acquire one agile development team that will start work towards the end of 2025. In addition, possible transitions related to the start of the team's work and experts supporting the development of information systems. Team members must be experienced Full Stack Devas. At least one of the developers must have architectural expertise and one of the team members must work as a part-time scrum master. The team consists of a few key people who aim to keep 100% of the work in the team, and people whose work in the team may be less. This is specified on the basis of the competence profiles of the team members. The option is to acquire experts from framework contract suppliers (e.g. python experts, service designer, user interface designer, definer, testing expert) who will participate in the development of information systems as needed. The working language and documentation language is Finnish. If necessary, the Contracting Entity may change the number of development teams it uses according to its needs. The development teams will be procured in accordance with the terms of the contracts attached to the invitation to tender. The client is in the market dialogue phase in the procurement of a product-based case management system, and when the procurement is realised, it will cause work in terms of, for example, integrations and migrations between the systems. The client is also currently evaluating the integration platforms on the market and will possibly proceed to the procurement for these, too, during the contract period. Due to these acquisitions, the client recognizes integration know-how, knowledge of integration platforms and migration know-how as potential competence needs for the teams. No other procurement based on the framework contract is currently known. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
