Description

Le présent marché concerne l'impression des magazines Info Levallois, Info Levallois Pré-inscriptions, Info Voyages. Il constitue un accord-cadre à bons de commande soumis aux dispositions des articles L. 2125-1 et R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 du code de la commande publique (ci-après désigné «Le Code»). Qualifié de marché de services, il est régi par les dispositions du cahier des clauses administratives générales applicable aux marchés publics de fournitures courantes et services approuvé par arrêté du 19.1.2009. Il est passé selon la procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert, soumis aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 et R. 2161-1 à R. 2161-5 du Code. Le marché sera attribué à un unique titulaire pour une durée maximale de quatre années, reconductions comprises. La valeur maximale du marché est fixée à 1 000 000 EUR HTVA sur sa durée totale, reconductions compris.
