Description

The subject of the performance of this public contract is the elaboration of a proposal for complex land consolidations (hereinafter referred to as “CoPÚ”) in the cadastral area of Šumvald and the cadastral area of Břevenec, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastral register by Decree No 357/2013 on the cadastral register (the cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the cadastral decree”). KoPÚ's proposals will be processed in such a way that they can be registered in the Land Register. The works will serve as a basis for the Land Office's decision on the approval of the land consolidation proposal and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. Proposals by the CoPÚ will be drawn up according to a more detailed breakdown that exactly corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No 13/2014 on the procedure for land consolidation and the requirements for land consolidation proposals, as amended (‘Decree No 13/2014’).
