The subject of the contract has been divided into parts, tasks. The Contractor may submit a tender for one or more tasks. The tender submitted for a given task must cover the entire scope of the subject-matter of the contract provided for in the FTZ for that lot. 5.2. The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract: 1) The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of aggregates: a. Task 1 – Supply of 20 000,00 t of aggregate including: - Company fraction 0/16 mm depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, estimated 10 000,00 t; - Bulk sand fraction 0/2 mm depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, estimated 10 000,00 t; b. Task No 2 - Supply of C90/3 broken aggregate in the amount of 40 000,00 t including: - Aggregate fraction 0/31,5 mm depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, estimated 20 000,00 t; Crushing fraction 0/63 mm depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, estimated 20 000,00 t; 2) A detailed description of the activities included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 7 to the FTZ. 3) The place of delivery of the subject of the order is the area of the Forest Districts: Chojnów, Celestynów, Drewnica, Minsk, Garwolin, Łochów, Sokołów, Siedlce, Łuków
